what will my
first visit be like?
First time guests are very important to us. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by a warm community of believers who are genuinely excited to see you. A greeter will help orient you and answer any questions that you might have. We will be honored for you to come worship with us.
We will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us!
what about my kids?
We love kids and youth! On Sunday mornings there are classes for kids ages 2-9 and a youth class for pre-teens and teenagers ages 11-18. These classes are safe, secure, fun and life impacting.
On Sunday evenings and Wednesday evenings, kids and youth enjoy a family worship experience with the adults in the Main Sanctuary, where they learn to worship and praise the Lord.
what are the services like?
Services at Muskogee UPC are exciting, upbeat, and powerful! Services begin with a time of prayer, congregational worship and singing followed by a scripture-based message from our Pastor, Mike Hart.
We pray out loud, we lift our hands in praise, we sing with all our hearts, we play musical instruments, we dance in the Spirit, we testify of the goodness of God, we anoint with oil for divine healing and we allow the operation of the spiritual gifts.
what should I Wear?
At Muskogee UPC, you’ll find people dressed in a variety of ways. You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our worship gatherings. Feel free to wear whatever is most comfortable for you.
Where Do I park?
For the best parking experience pull into the main parking lot on the north side of the building. Feel free to park close and up front!
There is also limited parking available along Broadway Street, on the south side of the building.
